At Yoto, we want you to love your new wardrobe. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging and include the provided packing slip.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
